5.4 Deposit funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. cokecasino does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.5 cokecasino reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts held in the name of the registered Account holder and previously used for deposit, or to verified accounts where no deposit method was used (subject to compliance review).
6.2 KYC Requirement: Complete KYC verification (Section 4.3) must be in place before any withdrawal is processed. cokecasino will not release funds to unverified accounts.

7.2 General Bonus Conditions:

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cokecasino and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies:

10.1 cokecasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, cokecasino will endeavour to notify the Player and resolve the matter within a reasonable period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any pending transactions processed.

14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing with PAGCOR, AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), and other regulatory authorities where required by law.
14.3 The Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference, is available at cokecasino.app/privacy-policy and should be read in conjunction with this document.
15.1 cokecasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file, or through a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform.
15.2 The effective date of any amended Terms will be stated on this page. Your continued use of cokecasino Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.4 Nothing in this Section prevents cokecasino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent irreparable harm.
